When one of our associates is scheduled to start working at your location, we call and email the night before and first thing in the morning to confirm they know their start time and have everything they need. We’ll call you to confirm, answer any last-minute questions and address any concerns. We’ll check in with you and the associate at the end of the day to ensure everything went as expected. If an associate has an issue on their first day, they are more likely to quit than proactively address it. When we reach out first, they don’t mind sharing their experience – good or bad. We find most concerns can be quickly resolved, and they remain happily on the job.
